1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Orders placed on non-working days are processed on the next business day

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-metro locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free
• COD Orders: ₹ 300 per product. Payable at the time of placing the order.

4. Delivery & Risk

• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery
• Delays caused by courier partners are beyond company control

5. Failed Delivery / RTO

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability/refusal:

• Order may be returned to origin
• Re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer
