Returns & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 28-05-2026

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

All products sold on this website are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

By placing an order, you expressly agree that:

  • Products cannot be returned for change of mind, dislike, or personal preference.
  • Refunds shall not be issued under any circumstances except as expressly provided under this policy or as required under applicable law.

2. Exchange Eligibility (Size / Product Exchange)

We offer a one-time exchange facility in case of:

  • Size mismatch; or
  • Exchange for another product

subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and undamaged
    • Returned in original packaging
    • Accompanied with all original tags, labels, inserts, accessories, invoices, and all contents originally delivered in the box
    • In resalable condition upon inspection by the Company

Exchange Options

A. Size Exchange

  • Exchange is permitted for the same product in a different size only, subject to stock availability.

B. Product Exchange

  • Customer may exchange the purchased product for another available product.

In case of product exchange:

  • If the newly selected product is of higher value, the differential amount must be paid in advance by the customer before dispatch of the exchanged product.
  • If the newly selected product is of lower value, the differential amount shall be refunded to the original payment method used by the customer within 7 working days after successful quality inspection and approval of the returned product.

3. Reverse Logistics Charges

Reverse shipping charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.

Customer may:

  • Self-ship the product; or
  • Opt for company-arranged pickup (subject to availability) at a nominal charge, which shall be communicated by our representative.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage during transit in case of self-shipping by the customer.


4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange request:

  • Contact us via Email/WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Requested size or replacement product details
    • Images of the product

Upon approval:

  • Customer must ship the product back as instructed.
  • Replacement product shall be dispatched only after receipt and successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Dispatch of replacement shall generally take place within 3โ€“5 working days after approval of inspection.

5. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images/videos.
  • Upon verification, we shall arrange replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Non-Acceptance Conditions

Exchange requests shall be rejected if:

  • Product is used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Packaging, tags, labels, or box contents are missing
  • Product is returned without original packaging
  • Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product fails quality inspection upon return

In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer at the customerโ€™s cost.


7. Out-of-Stock Scenario

If the requested size or replacement product is unavailable:

  • Store credit may be issued; or
  • Alternate product may be offered,

solely at the discretion of the Company.


8. Binding Agreement

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted this Returns & Exchange Policy.
  • This policy constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Company.
